We want every product to arrive in perfect condition, exactly as you expected. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please send clear photos of the issue to info@alsanati.com. We will review your case immediately and work on a solution.

 

What If My Order Is Delayed?
If the usual processing and delivery time has passed and your shipment has not yet arrived, please wait an additional 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
