no minimum spend, no handling fees, no hidden charges.

 

3.Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery Times:

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in Asia. This allows us to provide well-made products at fair prices.

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, with a total transit time of 7–13 business days including processing.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Every order includes full tracking.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Order" link in our website footer.

 

5. Delays and Customs:

  • We work with reliable couriers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • While rare, customs checks or external logistics issues may cause delays — these are outside our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
    We cannot refund or replace orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect address information.

 

6. Missing or Lost Packages:
