Change of mind
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resealable condition.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Received the Wrong Item
If you receive a different model, color, or type than what you ordered, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Minor variations caused by lighting or photography are not considered incorrect items.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
After inspection, we will either send the correct item or issue a refund within 14 days.
Item damaged in transit
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the item and packaging.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
Once the item is checked, a refund or replacement will be arranged within 14 days.
Faulty Item (Manufacturing Issue)
Manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Provide photos or video showing the fault.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
A refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days of inspection.
Item Never Arrived
If your parcel has not arrived 14 business days after the expected delivery date, contact us.
No return is required.
Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
If you no longer want the item, you can return it under the Change of Mind policy after it arrives.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued:

within 14 days of confirming a lost shipment.
Refunds go to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items opened for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.
